To maximise the benefits and effectiveness of ICT training for you and your organisation, Swansea ITeC offer unique, customised courses in all our training packages.

You are welcome to select lessons from the different course levels, (For example from our Microsoft Office range) and create your own individual training experience - specific to your training needs. Please contact us to discuss this great training opportunity.

Case Study: Outlook Essentials

The following example of a customised course was produced for a client who was already familiar with email but wanted to make greater use of the more advanced features of Outlook, in particular the contact management and scheduling functions.

They selected their desired elements from the:
Outlook Level 1 and
Outlook Level 2 syllabuses.

These were then collated into the final syllabus for their Customised Outlook Training Plan.

The course was carried out on site, using 'live' data and real examples which are now in daily use in the business.

" I received excellent feedback from everyone that was present at the training events we held at Swansea ITeC. Our trainers felt confident that everything would run smoothly, that IT assistance was always on offer and if anything was needed, nothing was too much trouble. Our Business Manager was very impressed with the whole package. "
Judith Wickwar, Administrative Support Officer, NHS Wales
